The rules for using Sharply's wallet, marketplace and delivery services.

What this document will cover
Account eligibility, wallet funding, order acceptance, delivery windows, platform terms, fees, suspension, liability and dispute resolution. Final wording depends on the operating entity, licences and provider agreements.
Wallet and partner services
Sharply is a wallet and delivery layer, not a bank. Funding and card issuance will run through regulated partners. The final terms must identify those partners and explain which entity provides each regulated service.
Platform terms
Telegram, Snapchat, X, Apple and other platform names belong to their owners. Accounts, verification and gift cards remain subject to each platform's terms. Sharply cannot override a platform decision.
Changes
Terms will be published with an effective date and a change log. Material changes will be communicated before they apply.
